Crop-Crop is a Photoshop script/action for cropping photos. Isn't that already built into Photoshop, you may ask? Yes, but Crop-Crop comes with a lot of convenient sizes that you otherwise would have to define as presets.

In addition, Crop-Crop lets you know whether the photo needs to be enlarged and allows you to set a color profile and dpi for your cropped photo.

Crop-Crop is free of charge. Yes, free!

Download and installing

To download Crop-Crop, simply click on the download button. This will download a file install-Lundeby-crop.jsx.

To install Crop-Crop, double-click on install-Lundeby-crop.jsx. This should launch Photoshop and ask if you want to install an action for Crop-Crop in the actions panel. (If you don't see the Action palette, you will find it under Window > Actions.)

If double-clicking doesn't work, you can also install Crop-Crop by doing File > Scripts > Browse... and choosing install-Lundeby-crop.jsx.

Using Crop-Crop

Open a document and run the "Crop-Crop" action. It features different tabs for different uses, e.g., quickly allowing you to click on "20x30cm" to create a 20x30 cm crop. You can change the dpi to anything you'd like and optionally specify that you want the cropped photo converted to sRGB or Adobe RGB. For Lundeby products, Crop-Crop automatically changes to AdobeRGB.
